This process includes inspecting and recording details around all inbound product packaging conditions, labeling, ESD compliance, MSL compliance, and more.

Mitigating Counterfeits

Devices are inspected against their data sheets to identify any anomalies regarding the part’s lead condition, device package dimensions, part markings, and more. This inspection process is crucial for counterfeit mitigation, involving in-house XRF testing and limited functional testing of passive devices. By conducting these inspections, we can confidently stand behind our 5-year warranty.

External Certified Inspection

Braun seamlessly partners with third-party certified test labs for industries requiring manufacturer certificates of conformance, AS6081 level, or higher documentation. These labs provide unbiased screening and detailed reports for client approval before shipping, ensuring all parts meet the compliance standards with industry or client-specific traceability requirements.

Our standard order flow includes AS6081 test reports or manufacturer’s certificates of conformance with delivery. Should any delivery fall short of what was ordered or is outside of specifications, we will refund or replace the material.
